  • Proforma invoice or commercial invoice, including FOB value.
  • If feasible, provide an Excel file detailing the brand, manufacturer name, and country of origin.
  • Packing list with comprehensive details, including but not limited to:
    • Shipping method (Air or Sea)
    • Number of containers or trucks, or details of bulk shipments
  • Relevant certifications, such as ISO 9001 certificates
  • Manufacturer test reports
  • Test reports from ISO17025 accredited labs or specialized labs
  • Product certificates (e.g., IE, CE, Oeko-tex) and product specifications

Including these items will help streamline the certification process.

Please note that our services adhere to ASC's Terms & Conditions, available on our website and detailed on the back of our certificates. All imports are potentially subject to random secondary inspections and testing for security and trade compliance within Customs jurisdictions. ASC conducts conformity evaluations through random sampling and focused testing of certain parameters, following a risk assessment methodology. By submitting this online form, you confirm your awareness and acceptance of the customs laws and regulatory requirements applicable to importing products into the destination country.

ASC reserves the right to impose charges for any additional inspections due to aborted or rejected inspections, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection, or if inspections are necessary at more than one location.

It is important that exporters do not ship goods under any Verification of Conformity program without first obtaining the final conformity certificate(s) from ASC. Shipping goods without the necessary inspection results, adequate document review, or prior to the issuance of the required conformity certificate(s) will make the exporter liable for any claims, delays, demurrages, or non-conformities that occur at the destination. Under these conditions, ASC will not be responsible for any compensation, fines, or claims made by or against the exporter or importer.
